Piggery Hot Blast Heater Introduction
Ideal house temperature has a substantial influence on pig health and performance. Therefore, adequate heating system is required in many climate zones. The hot blast heater we supply is a kind of brand-new tempering system which has a wide applicable area and can maximize thermal emission and transfer it to the piggery in the best possible way to keep energy cost at a minimum.

- Wide applicable area: 300㎡-1700㎡ for choice
- The smoke outlet adopts air-inducing device: no smoke dust in upper smoke chamber; making the fuel fully burn
- Tridimensional combustion chamber: large volume, large heating area; long time interval to fill in the fuel, reducing labor intensity
- Improved and advanced heating exchange device: prolonging the furnace service life
- Available for any kind of coal type: lump coal, hard coal, bituminous coal and powder coal, but the lump coal has the best burning effect
- Secondary air supply device: the combustible gas can be converted into heat after the secondary burning, saving energy, heating fast and long time heat preservation
- Multiplex computer temperature control: controlling room temp and water temp as well as fans at the same time.

Hot Air Stove Heating System Composition
Host(tempering machine)
The main fuel for hot blast heater machine is coal and the machine is equipped with axial-flow fan, supplying not only air heating but also water heating; water heating system has safe and reliable performance for its normal-pressure design; air heating system has more than 95% heat-utilization efficiency for its multi air duct design.
Auxiliary Machine
Main parts are heat sink and thermal fan; used for emitting the heat from hot water to realize the heating effect.
Intelligent Temperature Controller
A new-type intelligent controller used for real-time management of time, temperature and water temp; automatically managing production process according to the set procedures.
Circulating Water Pump
Used for sending the hot water in the furnace to the heating sink and then re-sending the water to the furnace after cooling.
