Multifunctional Seed Drill

A seed drill refers to a planting device that is driven by a tractor. Usually a seed drill has a tube containing seeds. The coulter cut the soil open and seeds in the tube falling into the soil, then a rake covering the soil directly. Our corn planter integrates all the function, besides, it can also finish fertilizing process simultaneously. It applies to seed and fertilize corn, soybean, and other suitable plant without ploughing. This kind of corn seeding machine is applicable in plains and hilly areas with high flexibility. The specially designed grain drill can complete the work of loosing soil, digging, applying fertilizer, seeding, covering oil in one operation. With adjustable seeding capacity, seeding row space and working width, corn planter has showed extraordinary performance among the corn planters.

Corn/Soybean/Peanut Planter Features

  • Labor-saving: The planter is labor-saving that it can be driven by tractor, so one person is enough to operate it.

  • Using a new type of seed box, it allows for observing the seeding process while preventing seed splashing. In addition to sowing wheat and dry rice directly, with fine adjustment, it can sow any small grain seeds with stable and reliable seeding volume.

  • High Precision of Sowing: The qualified data reaches more than 90% with coherent sowing depth and distance;

  • Adjustable sowing space.You can adjust the plant spacing through the seed round or the chain gear. Also, there is no need to adjust the front big wheel when adjusting the sprocket in case of the drop of the chain.

  • The patented fertilization box is flexible to adjust and prevents fertilizer clogging. Made of transparent engineering plastic, it facilitates observing the working status and maintenance.

  • Both the seed and fertilizer boxes are made of stainless steel plates, with increased height and width to enhance the capacity of seeds and fertilizers. The pointed bottom design ensures no residue of seeds and fertilizers during operation.

    Corn Planter Structure Features

    • We have adopted special senior ABS seeder, which is strong, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant. Also, it’s equipped with wear-resistant nylon sleeve(which has already been awarded the national patent) to prevent the rust of shaft and seed metering device.
    • It applies streamline combined sharp opener, which will reduce the power consumption. Moreover, the ditching foot has employed unique cast steel. The narrow toes is made of alloy with high abrasion resistance. Thus it will extend the life of the opener.
    • Fertilizer can applies glass-reinforced plastics or stainless steel with beautiful appearance. The bottom of the fertilizer adopts upside pyramid shape, facilitating to exhaust fertilizer.
    • The beam axle is equipped with anti-twisting roller device, which can prevent twisting of wheat straw and rank grass, then make the work more easier. In addition, it has introduced the profiling function, that is, the machine could floating with the floor. Thus the machine can make contour plant either on flat, valley or sloping land, and the planting depth is consistent.
    • The transmission axles of each row are contacted as a whole, driving with consistent turn speed. The transmitting power is strong, even though one of the row ground wheels slips suddenly, it can not affect the normal sowing.

    Use Precautions

    • There are two kinds of seeder unit for choice, one for single seed, the other for double seeds. When your seeds are better, you may chose the seeder unit of single seeds for seeding in precision( one hole one seeds). If the seeds are general seeds, you may chose the seeder unit of double seeds(one hole two seeds).
    • Use good seeds, whose germination rate should be higher than 95% and do coating or pre-soaking in pesticide to improve the seeds quality. Then the seeds should have good fluidity and have no adhesive. Forbid using powder mix seeds in case of making loss of potency of pesticide and plugging up seeds suction holes.
    • Please clean sundries and choose the seeds which are in accordance with related requirements. You can pick out the whole disc cover when clearing the seeds. Seed clearance is convenient and thorough.
    • Add the lubricating oil to the gears, sprockets, chains and front axle parts before storage. Clear the soil and weeds of various parts on it and then preserve it properly.
